2025 Q3 Highlights: Creative Campaigns, Automotive Marketing & Community Projects

Rockfield Media | Quarter 3 2025 Highlights.

Quarter 3 was one of those periods that truly captured what we love about our work at Rockfield Media.

From milestone celebrations to new podcasts, from creative reinventions of spaces to supporting grassroots talent, our team has been busy doing what we do best: bringing people together through creatively driven communications. Here are five highlights from a memorable summer.

MiRiDER Celebrates Five Years in Style

September saw the doors of MiRiDER’s newly refurbished HQ in Wigan open to customers, suppliers, colleagues across the Group, and dignitaries, including the Mayor of Wigan. The occasion? A special open day to mark MiRiDER’s 5th anniversary.

It was a day filled with energy, conversation, and community spirit. The MiRiDER Community joined in the fun, over £1,000 was raised for local charity Joining Jack, and one very lucky prize draw winner went home with a brand-new MiRiDER 24.

Our team was there throughout, capturing images and video to create a round-up film that quickly became a favourite with the client. Having worked with MiRiDER since their very early days, it’s been incredible to see the brand flourish, from launching award-winning bikes built in Britain to building a loyal following of riders. If the first five years are anything to go by, the next five promise even more incredible growth and success.

Bringing the NBA to Manchester’s Lowry Hotel

Thanks to an introduction by Manchester City Council, we had the privilege of working with the NBA’s Vice President of Global Events on a unique creative challenge: transforming The Lowry Hotel bar for the Basketball Without Borders VIP welcome dinner.

The brief was clear but ambitious, give the sleek, contemporary space the atmosphere of a traditional English pub. Installing the assets in just a few hours, working hand-in-hand with the hotel’s hospitality team, we introduced dark oak panelling, rich textures, and even a series of oil paintings depicting the VIPs in attendance.

The result was a setting that surprised and delighted, with the client’s words, “It’s exactly what I wanted” reminding us why we thrive on these high-pressure, high-reward projects.

Storytelling through video with Hadwins Approved

Video has become one of the most powerful ways for dealerships to connect with their audience, not just to showcase the car, but to show the people behind the business.

At Hadwins Approved in Kendal, we took this approach to the next level with a very special Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. From writing the script and coaching the team in front of the camera to capturing footage and producing the final edit, we presented a fantastic used car in a style that was both authentic and engaging.

And it worked. Within four days of the video being published across social media, YouTube and Auto Trader, the car was sold.

Bruntwood Park BMX Sponsorship - 7th September

Bruntwood Park BMX Club has been part of Rockfield’s story for over a decade. In fact, one of our Directors, Ross, was a founding member. So we were delighted to once again support the club’s recent race event, sponsoring the Rockfield Holeshot Awards.

Our Degree Apprentice, Ben, who first met Rockfield through the club back in 2016 and is now a qualified BMX coach, had the pleasure of presenting the awards. The race classes were chosen by two standout young talents: World Championship W-plate holders Lexy Waite and Leo Rowlands.

For us, this wasn’t just about a sponsorship. It was about seeing how sport, creativity and confidence can grow side by side. Watching Ben flourish in his role as our in-house videographer, having once been that young rider at the track, is a story we’re incredibly proud to tell.

Launching MiRiDER’s ‘Inside the Fold’ podcast

Alongside their anniversary celebrations, MiRiDER wanted to reflect on their journey so far, and look to the future, including new conversations with potential European partners. Our creative solution was to design and deliver a podcast setting right inside MiRiDER HQ.

Equipped with the necessary hardware and a bespoke studio environment, the team recorded the first episode of Inside the Fold. It was a perfect mix of banter, laughter, and big-picture insight, capturing the imagination of everyone involved.

Originally conceived as a one-off, it has already sparked plans for a full series. Future episodes will feature voices from across the cycling industry, MiRiDER’s supply chain, the MiRiDER Community, and the wider business world. For us, the most rewarding part is seeing how an idea can grow into a platform for ongoing storytelling.

Looking ahead to Q4

With new automotive launches, festive campaigns, exhibitions and more on the horizon, Quarter 4 promises to be just as dynamic. We’re grateful to our clients, partners, and our own team for another inspiring quarter, and we’re excited to carry this momentum into the final chapter of 2025.
