Supporting Grassroots BMX in the community

Grassroots sport matters. Community matters. And if we can add a little extra energy to a weekend that already means a lot to local families, we’re all in. For Bruntwood Park BMX, we created a Rockfield Media sticker pack and introduced a new face to the crew: RM Adillo.

The idea (why we did it)

We’re at our best when creativity meets real people. This sticker giveaway wasn’t about “doing a bit of branding”, it was about showing up for a club we genuinely care about and creating something that felt right for the culture around BMX.

Our goals were simple:

Show our love for grassroots BMX (properly, not just with a logo on a banner)

Create something unique that reflects what we do as a creative agency

Capture the best part of it all. Seeing kids’ faces light up when they get something they genuinely want

Designed by Jamie, and built to be stuck everywhere

The sticker pack was created by our Creative Director, Jamie, and it’s exactly the kind of project we love. Quick to understand, but packed with personality. Alongside a set of Rockfield Media branded designs, we introduced a brand-new mascot character, RM Adillo

RM Adillo is an armadillo with serious BMX attitude. Backwards cap, gold chain, and a pendant featuring a diamond Rockfield Media logo. He’s got that street-sport swagger that fits BMX freestyle and racing perfectly, and he’s here to stay.

Packed by hand, ready for the weekend

Before the event, the Rockfield team got hands-on, literally. We packed the sticker bundles ourselves, getting everything ready so it was easy to give out quickly across the weekend.

There’s something satisfying about this part, a proper team effort, building something physical that’s going straight from our studio into the hands of the community.

The giveaway (and the moment it all clicked)

Then came the best bit.

We started handing them out… and instantly realised we’d hit the mark. Kids were jumping to grab them, grabbing handfuls when they were thrown into the air, and coming back for more. The energy was brilliant and the kind of moment that reminds you why small creative ideas can have a massive impact.

And the ultimate sign a sticker’s done its job? It doesn’t stay in a pocket.

Stickers in the wild (helmets, bikes, and beyond)

Not long after the giveaway, we started seeing the stickers everywhere, especially on race helmets, proudly stuck on like badges of honour. We even spotted them decorating a motorcycle screen, layered up into a full-on collage.

We’re proud to support Bruntwood Park BMX, and we’re even prouder when we can bring something creative that adds to the atmosphere and gives kids a little extra excitement to take home.

Big shout to everyone who grabbed a pack, and keep your eyes peeled, because RM Adillo will definitely be making more appearances.
