Led by Alex and her exceptional team, the event was designed to honour employees who have dedicated over 15 years to the success of Hadwins. Recognising their commitment, awards were presented in five-year increments, culminating in a truly remarkable milestone. Our very own Managing Director, Roy Allen, was presented with a well-deserved award for an astounding 50 years of service. This remarkable achievement stands as a testament to his unwavering loyalty and expertise.
The ceremony was filled with heartfelt speeches, joyous applause, and personalised congratulations cards. The team ensured that each recipient felt valued and appreciated by including a thoughtful gift voucher. The atmosphere in the room was electrifying as over 500 years of combined experience were celebrated, creating a sense of camaraderie and admiration.
Looking ahead, we are excited to announce that additional awards are planned for employees reaching their 5 and 10-year milestones in the coming weeks. This ongoing recognition underscores the company's commitment to fostering a culture of longevity and dedication within their workforce.
